Version 1.0 – 14 July 2025

The Operator and/or anyone acting on its behalf respects the privacy of the users of the Website. Therefore, this Privacy Policy is set out below.

1. Registration and Ordering

1.1  In order to place an order and for the purpose of operating the Website, you must register as a user of the Website and enter your personal details, including: ID/passport number, first name, last name, telephone number and e‑mail address. Without providing these details you will not be able to place an order for products on the Website. The provision of these details does not infringe your rights under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: the “Law”).

1.2  When you browse the Website, register as a user of the Website, or enter your username and password in the designated area to place an order and/or view the Website, you agree and confirm that the details you enter will be stored, and that this does not infringe your rights under the Privacy Protection Law, 1981.

2. Direct Marketing and Publications

2.1  If you have given your consent (by ticking the appropriate checkbox) to receive direct mailings, then, in accordance with Amendment 40 to the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982, you may receive from time to time marketing messages for advertising purposes, including offers, benefits, services or sales tailored to you (in accordance with the information held by the Operator about you).

2.2  Your consent will remain in force until you notify the Operator or anyone on its behalf in writing, or until you remove yourself from the mailing list, that you no longer wish to receive such mailings. You hereby confirm that information you enter in the designated place shall not be considered a violation of your privacy and will not entitle you to any remedy and/or compensation.

2.3  A user may withdraw consent to receive direct mailings at any time, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, by pressing the designated removal button (as applicable to the relevant medium) and requesting that his or her details be removed from the mailing database. The request will be executed as soon as reasonably possible. The Operator shall not be liable for any act or omission of the mailing‑system provider or any third party.

2.4  It is clarified and emphasized that removal shall apply only to the personal details used for direct mailings and the Operator may continue to retain such personal details subject to any applicable law. In any case, the Operator is not obligated to delete data accumulated about a user’s activities on the Website or data entered by the user that are intended for statistical analysis and that in any event do not identify the user personally.

3. Accuracy and Updating of Details

3.1  You declare and confirm that the details you provide are accurate. It is clarified that you are not obliged to provide these details, but if you do not provide them—or provide incorrect details—you will not be able to order the products on the Website, and the order may be prevented, made incorrectly or otherwise affected.

3.2  You bear full responsibility for updating your details in your profile on the Website, or, if that is not possible, by contacting the Operator directly.

4. Information Collected During Use of the Website

4.1  The details you provide upon registration will be stored for the purpose of operating the Website. During your browsing, data may accumulate about your usage patterns (such as the pages you viewed, the IP address from which you accessed the Website, and more). By accepting this Privacy Policy you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage and use of this information by the Operator and/or anyone acting on its behalf in accordance with this Policy.

4.2  The Website may use “cookies” (text files placed in the browser of your end device) for its ongoing operation, information collection, statistical verification, adapting the Website to your preferences and for information‑security purposes. Some cookies expire when you close the browser, others are stored on the hard drive of your device/computer. If you are not interested in cookies, you can change your browser settings at any time.
